Common questions from businesses
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for devices or licences. Microsoft 365 Environment Support starts at 20 users; other managed services are added per endpoint.
What payment terms are available?
Buy devices upfront, or spread the cost with Device as a Service over 12 or 36 months. 36-month DaaS needs 36 months of vendor warranty. Microsoft 365 is billed monthly on an annual commitment or month to month.
Do I need finance approval for DaaS?
Yes. DaaS payments are financed and subject to approval. Prices on the site are indicative, using an illustrative 8% annual rate; your formal quote confirms the final price.
Is there a setup fee for managed services?
Onboarding is free on a 36-month term. On a shorter term it is $1,100.00 ex GST, once.
What happens at the end of a DaaS term?
With Return & Disposal, we collect the devices and securely destroy their data. Devices you keep using can be redeployed to new staff. Talk to us about refreshing them with new models.
Are prices shown with GST?
Hardware prices include GST. Licences and services are shown ex GST, with the GST-inclusive price alongside.
How do I get a formal quote?
